Carrie Underwood kicked off her Play On tour this week in Reading, Pennsylvania. The singer performed to a packed crowd at the Sovereign Center. Local newspaper The Reading Eagle described the show as high tech meets country.
The show included four outfit changes for Underwood, one of which, a dress for the song “Change,” had its own lights show. Carrie also spent time suspended in the air in a big blue truck.
The eight-piece band was even in on the high tech stage design, as their risers moved them from one side of the stage to the other.
After the Reading show, Underwood moved on to play Albany, New York, on Friday. Opening for Underwood on tour is Craig Morgan and Sons Of Sylvia.
