Bruce Springsteen Accused Of Affair With New Jersey Housewife
[lastfm]Bruce Springsteen [/lastfm]has been accused of having an affair with a New Jersey woman named [lastfm]Ann C. Kelly[/lastfm], according to divorce papers filed by her husband, [lastfm]Arthur Kelly[/lastfm].
The Boss has denied the allegations in the court papers, which state that he and Kelly became involved in an affair after meeting at a gym in Red Bank, New Jersey, back in 2005.
According to the New York Post, the papers note that Springsteen and Ann met for lunch after gym sessions, discussed politics and eventually became romantically involved. The Kelly marriage finally broke down after Arthur received reports that his wife was kissing Springsteen in the parking lot of the gym.
Springsteen has been married to singer Patti Scialfa for 18 years. The couple has three children.
A spokesman for Springsteen declined to comment, but a source close to the rocker and Scialfa says that they “continue to have a terrific marriage and are very devoted to each other and their children.”
