[lastfm]Mick Jagger [/lastfm]discussed the [lastfm]Rolling Stones [/lastfm]and his lengthy career in a sit-down interview with Larry King last week. The Stones frontman compared his legendary music career to that of an athlete when he appeared on CNN’s Larry King Live.
“It’s like being a football player or something,” he said. “It’s like if you’re going to last you’ve got to be a bit clever. When you’re young you can just rush everything and then once you get older you’ve got to be a bit more boxy.”
He also revealed that the band is expecting to conduct another worldwide tour in the near future.
This week, the Stones’ classic [lastfm]Exile on Main Street[/lastfm], which was reissued last week with 10 newly-released tracks, is battling for a place at the top of the Billboard 200 album chart.
