[lastfm]Mötley Crüe[/lastfm] frontman [lastfm]Vince Neil[/lastfm] has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in Las Vegas. The “Dr. Feelgood” singer, who owns a bar in the Las Vegas Hilton hotel, was released Monday after posting $2,000 bail.
The incident is the most recent in a string of legal troubles for the singer. He pleaded guilty to manslaughter and drunk driving back in 1984, after crashing into another car and killing its passenger.
Neil was also arrested in 2002 for assaulting a music producer in a nightclub, in 2003 after attacking a worker at a legal brothel in Nevada and in 2004 after hitting a sound engineer at a concert in Dallas.
In addition to his ongoing work with [lastfm]Mötley Crüe[/lastfm], Neil is currently readying a new solo release, as well as an autobiography – both titled Tattoos & Tequila. [lastfm]Mötley Crüe[/lastfm] will also join [lastfm]Ozzy Osbourne[/lastfm] this summer on the 2010 edition of [lastfm]Ozzfest[/lastfm].
