The Prince of Darkness has a new gig, and a pretty unexpected one at that. [lastfm]Ozzy Osbourne[/lastfm] will be penning a health advice column in a few future issues of Rolling Stone magazine.
The [lastfm]Black Sabbath[/lastfm] frontman has battled drug and alcohol addiction for a good chunk of his career, and will now lend his experience to those hoping to help themselves. Ozzy began a similar column earlier this year for U.K.’s The Sunday Times.
“If people can learn from my stupid mistakes without having to repeat any of them, or if they can take some comfort from the crazy things my family has been through over the years … that’s more than enough for me,” he recently wrote.
Ozzy’s Rolling Stone advice column will run in the July 23, August 6 and August 20 issues of the music mag. In addition, Ozzy will hit the road with his annual Ozzfest touring festival next month.
