[lastfm]Amy Winehouse[/lastfm] has plans to make a comeback with a new album, which is anticipated to be released sometime next January.
This next record, which is as yet unnamed, will be the follow-up to 2006’s Back to Black, and there is reportedly enough material for three separate albums. The Grammy-winning songstress reportedly expects her next release to be an even bigger success than her last album. For this offering, the 26-year-old plans to release 14 tracks.
“It is very raw and very personal – it promises to be another classic,” a so-called “studio mole” told the U.K.’s Daily Mirror. “She is now narrowing down the material and hopes it’ll be on shelves by the new year.”
The star’s home life also seems more stable than before, as she is planning to shack up with boyfriend [lastfm]Reg Traviss[/lastfm]. Winehouse reportedly asked Reg after dating for three months if he’d move in.
“He has met all the family and is a hit,” said the studio source. “It’s his calming influence which Amy is crediting for the early finish of the album.”
