[lastfm]Peter Hook[/lastfm] has announced he is set to take [lastfm]Joy Division[/lastfm]‘s classic album Unknown Pleasures on a tour of the US.

Joined by his band[lastfm]The Light[/lastfm], the bassist will embark on a nine-date trek, beginning in Washington, DC on December 1.

Earlier this year, Hook  played ‘Unknown Pleasures‘ in full at Manchester’s FAC 251, on the 30th anniversary of the death of former bandmate Ian Curtis.
