New P!nk video to correlate with her best of album…

[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Pink[/lastfm] has released the video for her new single “Raise Your Glass,” which appears on her new best-of collection Greatest Hits . . . So Far!!!. In recent interviews, she has attempted to describe the chaos that ensues in the video.

“I will be celebrating a gay wedding [in the video],” she tells InDemand.fm, “but I’m not the minister. There’s so many [celebrations] . . . Of course typical psychotic me, it’s 80,000 different things going on.”

Throughout the video, Pink appears in a number of roles including Rosie the Riveter, a bullfighter, a wrestler and the entertainment at a gay wedding. She says the video was inspired by a real wedding she helped organize for a friend.

“I threw my best friend’s wedding in my backyard – [she] is gay and she married her wife, and it was absolutely beautiful,” she recalls. “At the end of it, her mom said, ‘Why can’t this be legal?’ and started crying. It was just the most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever seen, so that’s why I’m doing it in my video. “

Greatest Hits . . . So Far!!! is due out November 16.
