[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Mötley Crüe[/lastfm] and Poison not joining forces anytime soon…sorry potential Rock of Love girls
Mötley Crüe members Vince Neil and Tommy Lee have both rejected claims that they will hit the road with Poison sometime next year.
Rumors of a possible tour took off last week after Poison frontman Bret Michaels mentioned the possibility while onstage in Canada last week. In a response offered to the Las Vegas Sun, however, Neil says the comment may have been a daydream on Bret’s part.
“There is no deal with Bret or Poison. It’s never been brought up or discussed. Maybe it’s wishful thinking. But my managers have absolutely no knowledge of it,” he says.
According to reports, Michaels’ commented that the two bands would connect for a tour to celebrate Poison’s 25-year anniversary and Mötley Crüe’s 30th. When asked via Twitter if there was any truth to the rumor, Tommy Lee was quick to say “No!”
