[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Mötley Crüe[/lastfm] frontman Vince Neil’s DUI trial has been pushed back to the end of January after a Las Vegas court appointed a new judge to his case.
The rocker is accused of driving drunk and speeding near the Las Vegas strip last June.
According to Nevada’s Clark County District Attorney’s office, the rocker will now stand trial on January 26. In October Neil entered a not guilty plea in the case and he was originally scheduled to appear in court this week.
This is the most recent in a string of legal battles for the singer, who pleaded guilty to DUI in 1984. Neil was convicted of driving drunk after a car he was driving crashed into another car, killing [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Hanoi Rocks [/lastfm]drummer Nicholas “Razzle” Dingley. He served 15 days of a 30-day jail sentence and paid $2.5 million in fines.
