The MLB announced the most popular jerseys. There is only one Minnesota Twin player on the list and that is Joe Mauer. This is pretty impressive since he only played 82 games last season.

Mauer was ranked the 12^th most popular jersey, according to MLB.com. First place went to Derek Jeter of the New York Yankees. Second place went to Cliff Lee of the Philadelphia Phillies. Third place went to Albert Pujols of the LA Angels of Anaheim.

This list comes from the sales of official Majestic jerseys from 2011. Minnesota Twins’ fans are doing a great job of showing Mauer support by purchasing his jersey.
