The Rolling Stones have released a minute-long trailer for Crossfire Hurricane, their long-in-the-works documentary. Starting with footage of the band being interviewed for a U.S. television show, the trailer shows a host ask how the band’s second U.S. tour was going. Mick Jagger replies, “Things started happening.” The interviewer follows up with, “Why did they start happening?” Jagger responds, “Chemical reactions, it just happens.” The clip has footage from the Stones in the ’60s and ’70s over the music to “The Last Time” and “Jumpin’ Jack Flash.” Watch the trailer here.
Crossfire Hurricane debuts on HBO on November 15.
Of course, the (arguably) bigger news that Stones fans eagerly await would be about any upcoming concerts. There have been widely circulated rumors that the band would play at least two U.S. dates this year at Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center. Although there has been no confirmation from the band that they have any shows scheduled anywhere.
