[lastfm]R.E.M[/lastfm]‘s 1983 track “Radio Free Europe” has been inducted into the Library of Congress’s National Recording Registry, along with works by 25 other artists.
In honor of its 25th anniversary, [lastfm]R.E.M.[/lastfm] are re-releasing their 1985 college rock classic Fables of the Reconstruction. The reissue features a second disc of outtakes, demos, and previously unreleased tune from the Georgia rockers.
