Soundgarden’s comeback album, “King Animal,” is said to have “a lot of layers to it. It’s something that will take time for people to kind of digest,” says frontman Chris Cornell in a recent interview with San Francisco sister station, Live 105.
Good to see Chris Cornell hasn’t lost his patented Banshee Wail–thought those years of non-Soundgarden “acoustic-ness” might’ve depleted it without the proper use. Glad to hear that I was WRONG!
Good to see Chris back where he belongs—comfortably ensconced within Soundgarden. Actually, the dude could sing the phonebook and people would buy it. Wait…do phonebooks still exist?
